who we are

what we collect and why

We collect personal information only when you actively provide it to us, in two situations:

• Email list sign-ups: we collect your email address when you subscribe for restock and shop news. We use this solely to send you updates related to Dani's Skin Juice. We do not sell or share your email address.
• Orders: we collect your name, email address, phone number, and (if you choose delivery) your borough and delivery address. This information is used only to fulfill your order and confirm delivery details with you directly.

how we store your data

Form submissions are processed through Formspree and forwarded to our email inbox. We do not store your data in any additional database beyond what your email provider retains. Payment is handled entirely by Venmo and PayPal. We never see or store your payment credentials.

This site uses the following third-party services:

• Formspree: form submissions are sent through Formspree. See their privacy policy.
• Venmo / PayPal: payments are handled by these platforms directly. Their privacy policies apply when you complete a payment.
• Google Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google's servers. Google may receive your IP address as part of this request.
• Unsplash: ingredient photos are loaded from Unsplash servers.

You can ask us to delete your information or stop sending you emails at any time. Just email us at hello@danisskinjuice.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
