who we are

Dani's Skin Juice is a small-batch body butter brand based in Brooklyn, NY, made by Danielle Krulik. You can reach us at hello@danisskinjuice.com.

what we collect and why

We collect personal information only when you actively provide it to us, in two situations:

• Email list sign-ups: we collect your email address when you subscribe for restock and shop news. We use this solely to send you updates related to Dani's Skin Juice. We do not sell or share your email address.
• Orders: we collect your name, email address, phone number, and (if you choose delivery) your zip code and delivery address. This information is used only to fulfill your order and confirm pickup or delivery details with you directly. If you pay by card, these order details are also recorded in our Stripe account (see “how we store your data” below).

how we store your data

Order and sign-up details are processed through Formspree and forwarded to our email inbox. We do not run our own customer database; your information lives in our email inbox and, for card orders, in our payment processor's dashboard.

Payments.Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number, expiry, and security code are entered directly into Stripe's own secure fields and sent straight to Stripe. They never pass through or get stored on our servers. Venmo and PayPal payments are completed on those platforms. We never see or store your card number, security code, or bank login credentials.

Retention.We keep order details only as long as needed to fulfill your order and meet basic record-keeping and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “your rights” below).

third-party services

This site uses the following third-party services:

• Stripe: card payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details directly and securely. See their privacy policy.
• Venmo / PayPal: these payments are handled by those platforms directly. Their privacy policies apply when you complete a payment.
• Formspree: order and sign-up form submissions are sent through Formspree. See their privacy policy.
• Vercel: this site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides the privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics described below. See their privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google's servers. Google may receive your IP address as part of this request.

your rights

You can ask us to delete your information or stop sending you emails at any time. Just email us at hello@danisskinjuice.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

cookies

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics to count page views; it is cookieless and does not track you across other sites. When you reach the card payment step, Stripe may set cookies that are necessary to process the payment and prevent fraud.

If we make meaningful changes to how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
